Summer is here! Summertime is one of the easiest times of the year to include more raw foods in your diet. More people usually eat raw in the summer than any other time of year because of the availability of fresh fruits.  In this class you learn some of the easy food preparation secrets John has learned over his 19 years to make these simple recipes that taste delicious.

John wants everyone to include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in their diet, no matter what their dietary preference.  John will demonstrate and sample several recipes that will taste great and keep you cool in summer. All the recipes John will share are based around fresh fruits and vegetables which are the healthiest raw foods to eat. Cactus Fruit Coconut Milk and Raw Vegan Ice Cream are just two of the many recipes that will be made and sampled to all attendees.
