ALSO we are having a yoga class 5/31/14 hosted by Nicola Burnett.
The class starts at 9:30 am to 11:00 am and the cost is $15.00 per person and the class includes a 20 minute session of Yoga-Nidra. BRING YOUR OWN MAT!
